Three years ago today, The NPR Tech Team featured SuperPhone® in their All Tech Considered column written by Justina Vasquez. At the time, I was personally managing 54k text conversations with fans all around the world. Today, SuperPhone helps our users manage more than 3M text conversations with the people that matter most to them. The takeaway: SMS beats social media in every category except discovery.
