Apple Announces Investments to Combat Racism and Promote Diversity

Apple Inc. announced several investments as part of its $100 million pledge to address systemic racism and promote diversity and inclusion.

The tech giant will donate $25 million for the construction of the Propel Center in Clark Atlanta University. The tech center will offer a range of educational tracks, including machine learning, AI, social justice, app development, design and creative arts, agricultural technology, entertainment arts, career preparation and entrepreneurship. It will also serve as a virtual resource for HBCUs and other community colleges
