What Women Entrepreneurs Think About Gender Diversity and Quotas

This year, Silicon Valley Bank researchers found that 63% of startups have no women on their board of directors, and 47% have no women in leadership positions at all. These are not great statistics because research shows that female-founded companies generate more revenue than startups founded by men only.
