OST⍺3 Halfway Update — Surwei

This week on Surwei I’ve been focusing on the basic functionality of the application and integrating the first calls to OST (airdrop, balance, etc). The creation of surveys is now possible along with generation of the dynamic forms to send to the prospective respondents.

Why did you decide to register for OST Alpha Phase III?

I only knew about OST Alpha Phase III a few days before the registration closed. However, I quickly understood the potential of creating a branded token with an easy to use API for the initial setup (minting, airdrops, etc) and further use of the tokens. As a maker of many products I’ve always struggled to validate my ideas so Surwei was born to answer that need by rewarding users to fill out surveys.

What is the goal of your project/business’s use of blockchain?

Guarantee a transparent handling of all the transactions as well as get the flexibility and ease of use of a system such as OST to build upon the beneficial aspects of the blockchain.

What is the current progress for your team’s OST Alpha Phase III development?

Creation and editing of surveys is finished as well as the rendering of the forms to the final user. Airdrop and balance calls were also integrated with the SWEI token. I’m now preparing to reward the users with each completed survey and charge for each survey created.
