Corn Cheese Ball

1)In a bowl, take 1 cup of sweet corn and 2 finely mashed potato

2)Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 finely chopped capsicum,1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,1 finely chopped green chilly, and finely chopped coriander leaves

3)add 1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, and salt to taste

4)Add 1/2 cup cheese 2 tbsp bread crumbs,2 tbsp cornflour, and 2 tbsp maida. Mix well forming a dough.

5) Prepare small balls from the dough and flatten them slightly. Place cheese ball at center, roll it to form a smooth ball.

6)Roll balls in bread crumbs and freeze for 30 min

7)deep fry them until cheese balls turn golden brown and crisp

8)Ready to eat with Tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
