At SustainabilityX™, we have always been vocal supporters of sustainability — and that includes both environmental and social rights. After all, that is what sustainable development is really about.
We’re recognizing how important it is to express that same support and empathy for people whose lives have been devalued by the systems we’re part of.
SustainabilityX™ stands in solidarity with black communities in the fight against systemic racism, police brutality, and white supremacy.
We need to better support black, indigenous, and people of colour, and are taking time to listen, learn, and develop a plan for how our business can be part of the solution.
Please take this time to listen to oppressed voices and be proactive in your own education about racism. If you’re not sure where to start, this list of 75 things white people can do for racial justice has many good recommendations.
