Africa is very rich in natural resources and has the youngest population of any continent. If we can make the most of this abundance, we can create shared prosperity on the continent. To do so will require leadership across all levels of our societies. What is leadership?

A leader is one who has the vision to see a better future, and the ability to keep headed towards that guiding star, no matter the obstacles. Leaders inspire and organize others to work with confidence towards that vision’s manifestation. What is needed is not only leadership at the top. Rather, we need people at every level guiding the whole of society towards a better future.
