Since we have already met Swaperry’s CEO, it is now time to introduce another member of the core team. Meet the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Swaperry — Tuan Nguyen.
Tuan Nguyen is an engineer with vast knowledge and experience in the field. He is currently a Senior Project Manager and was a Former Engineer at Motorola Solutions in the United States. He and Phil Dang both shared a vision and excitement in blockchain technology.
Swaperry will be built by these two powerful engineers together with their team with a strong foundation and a vision to be the next generation of DEXes. It is expected to be one of the best companies for traders to trust with.

Interviewer: What is your role?
Tuan Nguyen: I am currently the CTO of Swaperry. My main responsibilities are researching and recommending the most effective technology to the team, and keeping the app delivery on track.
Interviewer: Can you provide us with a brief introduction about Swaperry? What is the most ambitious goal and ultimate vision of the Swaperry project?
Tuan Nguyen: Swaperry is a user-friendly, AMM-based exchange built on top of the most promising technology of blockchain 3.0, aiming to solve the limitations of other DEXes. Our vision is to provide the next generation of decentralized exchange, which is highly performant, transparent, and feature-riched to asset traders.
Interviewer: What makes Swaperry different from other Dex?
Tuan Nguyen: Many DEXes are facing fatal problems, such as delayed and slow transactions, no cross-chain trading, confused user interface, and lack of advanced features of traditional CEX like options, limits, and margins. Swaperry team’s goal is to solve all of these problems by taking advantage of blockchain 3.0 and providing a secured, fast, sustainable, and scalable decentralized exchange.
Interviewer: Can you share with us the milestones that the project has achieved so far?
Tuan Nguyen: The project has already launched the landing page and is about to release our version 1.0 running on PolkaFoundry Testnet. We are also actively working on having a security audit, developing other features, and being ready to launch the Mainnet.
Interviewer: Why did Swaperry choose to launch on Polkadot instead of other ecosystems like BSC or ETH?
Tuan Nguyen: Ecosystems like Polkadot, BSC, and ETH 2.0 aim to solve the limitations of legacy blockchain networks and are growing at a fast pace. However, Polkadot offers several fundamental advantages that makes it more suitable for Swaperry. First of all, it can process many transactions on several chains in parallel, in contrast to the way that legacy networks process transactions one by one. That means way more transactions can be done per second at a lower cost. Another advantage of Polkadot is its parachains are not restricted to a single interface. On Polkadot, each blockchain can have a novel design optimized for a specific use case, improving efficiency and security. Hence, teams can develop and customize their blockchains quickly to meet the specific needs of their DApps. Furthermore, Polkadot enables forkless upgrades, allowing blockchains to evolve and adapt easily as better technology becomes available.
