How to perform an Atomic Swap

On testnet version of Swap.Online

We have created this short tutorial article to help our users with their first experience in Swap.Online. This instruction will explain, how to conduct an Atomic Swap with any crypto that listed in our wallet.

First of all, visit our wallet https://testnet.swap.online We decided to use testnet version, so that there would be no risks for you.

To start Atomic Swap, go to Exchange tab (1) with all orders and pairs, or choose cryptocurrency you would like to trade from the list. Let’s choose Ethereum for trade Note: If you don’t have enough ETH or BTC — simply press exit in the bottom of the page. It will create a new account for you with new amount of test crypto. Press exit till you feel you have enough.

Now choose “Exchange ETH / BTC” and press “Exchange”

In “ASK” you can take an order to buy ETH for your BTC

Note: You can also create your own order from here (1) — and execute it from another browser, or ask your friend to execute it.

In “BID” — you can sell your ETH for BTC. Since in my account there are plenty of test ETH, I decided to sell it for BTC. So I have chosen an order from BID.

Once you pressed the button “Start Exchange” — Atomic Swap will begin. All you have to do is wait till everything will be done — your Swap is complete. Pretty easy, isn’t it?
