1. Aadhaar Number– a 12 digit number mentioned on the Aadhaar Card issued by the Department.
- Name of Owner– The name of the owner is mentioned on the Aadhaar Card issued by the UIDAI.
- Caste Category — Applicants Caste as General / SC / ST / OBC and a proof of belonging to the same
- Name of Enterprise– Name of the legal entity that has to conduct the business. In case an applicant has more than one enterprises doing business then each one of them can be applied for a separate Udyog Aadhaar registration with the same Aadhaar card Number.
- Type of Business Entity or Legal Entity
- Postal Address– Address of the business including email address and mobile number
- Date of Commencement- establishment date.
- Previous Registration Details
- Bank Details– Details of bank account including the IFSC Code and Bank Account number.
- Major Activity– Major Area of business — service or manufacturing.
- 2 digits NIC Code
- The employee details–total number of people employed in the enterprise.
- Investment in Plant & Machinery / Equipment
- DIC– Information regarding the nearest DIC to the business is filled, if required.
