Today, we are announcing the SMT Earlybird program as a way to show our appreciation to the Swarm community and bring all Swarm fans along for this new adventure.
The SMT Earlybird program extends early access to members of the Swarm community who have been part of the journey and gives them a unique opportunity to extend their excitement into the Swarm Markets community.
We are giving away up to 3,000,000 SMT tokens to the Early Birds that join the Swarm Markets community before 7/15/2021. The SMT token is the new payment token for the Swarm Markets platform and the Early-Bird program represents just over 1% of the total supply.

To be eligible you need to already have been part of the Swarm community (Telegram group or Twitter follower) before May 31, 2021.
- If you sign-up and follow at least one of the new Swarm Markets social channels, you will be awarded +1 reward credit.
3. HOLD SWM / +1 REWARD CREDIT
- If your register a rewards wallet for the Early Bird Program that was already holding $SWM tokens on May 31, 2021, you will be awarded an additional +1 reward credit.
4. REGISTER ON THE SWARM MARKETS PLATFORM / +1 REWARD CREDIT
Once the platform opens (SOON!), you will be able to onboard to Swarm Markets.

Claiming your SMT
On July 15th, 2021 all earned community reward credits will be summed up. The reward pool of 3,000,000 SMT will then be divided equally by the sum of all the earned credits. SMT will be awarded based on the per credit quotient, with a maximum of 1,000 SMT per credit limit.
You will be able to claim your SMT via your wallet on Swarm Markets. 50% of earned rewards will be made claimable 30 days after the token generation event (TGE), which will be announced soon, and the rest 60 days after TGE.
