• SWARM Council: Nominate Chris Eberle to the SWARM Council, to assume the seat vacated by Philipp Pieper at the end of his Term Dec 25, 2019
• SWARM Network Policy: Modified Issuance Staking by SWARM Council exception
• SWARM Foundation: Grant of SWM tokens to SWARM Foundation for 2019 H2 budget
