Sweet Wins Prestigious Stevie® Award for Customer Service
We’re excited to announce that Sweet’s customer service team has won a Stevie® Award, which recognizes excellence in Sales and Customer Service! Winners in the 17th annual Stevie® Awards were announced on Friday, March 3rd and our support team, led by Erik Wantland, VP of Operations walked home with the Bronze.
This is no small feat because our competition was fierce — more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated this year. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
In this fast-expanding world of web3, we’ve been intentional about many things, but one of the more vital parts of Sweet has been and will continue to be our fantastic support team. And we couldn’t be more excited to be recognized for the effort they’ve put into delivering world-class service and support.
