August at SWFT Blockchain
Bringing back our tradition of reporting our accomplishments to the global SWFT Blockchain community, here’s a brief summary of what our team did during the past month:
New Listings & Partnerships
As August came to an end, the SWFT Blockchain team approached a key goal on our Roadmap for 2019: having 200 tokens available for swaps on our app. Here are some of the newly listed:
- 808TA — a token for gaming and entertainment DApps, elevating the payment methods for gambling platforms;
- FUZE — a fully community-driven Social Experiment, and the world’s first self-deflationary token with a 5% Burn Rate;
- FRECNX — a global, decentralized ecosystem linking service providers and customers;
- LMY — an ERC20 utility token used as an incentive for use of Restaurant P.I.
Events
AMA
We held our first AMA session with Melchis and Pablo, SWFT Blockchain’s Business Development and Marketing Managers. 500+ members of the SWFT Blockchain community were online, and the team addressed over 100 of their questions. It was a great opportunity for our team to discuss the functionality of our app’s features, explain our plans for the future and share tips for users to maximize the benefits of using our app:
There were some who wondered why SWFT Blockchain had not introduced a staking-like feature so they could earn passive rewards by HODLing. They missed the launch of our Finance section in the app, where you can participate in a token lock with SwftCoin and get daily earnings!

9th SVIEF
Alex Witt, our Partner & CFO, represented the SWFT Blockchain team at the 9th SVIEF - Startup Competiton. He made an insightful presentation of SWFT Pay and guaranteed one of the 15 spots at the finals of SVIEF 2019. SWFT Blockchain will take part in the final round on the weekend of September 7th and 8th, and we hope you’ll cheer for our product with us! For more information, check the SVIEF website.
3rd Red Boat Cup Contest
Alex Witt also presented the SWFT Blockchain solutions to the blockchain-educated audience at the U.S. Division Finals of the 3rd Red Boat Cup Global Entrepreneurship & Innovation Contest. SWFT Blockchain was runner-up at the event organized and hosted by the Yangtze Delta Region Institue of Tsinghua University, and BlockTrain.
