Website. Brand. Employees. Three things every business has from the very beginning. Three things we’ll explore a bit more in today's newsletter.

Website. How do you know it is time for your website redesign? I bet many will be surprised but the need for a re-do (redesign and/or redevelop) goes well beyond personal preferences, obsess over fancy imagery, cool fonts, catchy photography, forms, tech stack, etc. as explained here.

Brand. Company branding and personal branding go hand in hand and work wonders for both parties. Let me explain. The stronger the brand you work for is, the stronger your personal brand is (and vice versa). By telling brand stories, you actually add credibility to the brand, the story itself, and your part in it. Finally, being a part of an authoritative source/brand pours some of that authority to you as well

Employees. Word of a mouth is the most successful way of promoting a brand or a product. The modern-day businesses have that option online mostly thanks to social media. I’m not talking about shares, likes, reviews, and comments. I’m talking about the employer and employee branding.

Get these three right and you have a making of a great marketing strategy.
