SWIPE Bi-Weekly Update, 22nd October — 4th November
A big hello to all members of the SWIPE Community and welcome back to another Bi-weekly Update from the SWIPE team! We have big news to share regarding our bounty campaign so do read on to find out more. Also, we will be updating about our meetups, activities and a sneak peak to our new website so without further delay, lets dive right into the update!
End of SWIPE’s Bounty Campaign on the 10th of November
We are extremely grateful to all who have participated in our bounty campaign! Earning over 450 pages in Bitcoin Talk forum is no easy feat and along with thousands of video and written content submissions, we are very pleased with how well our bounty campaign has been managed. We have also gained many cool submissions in the form of stickers and GIFs which made our Telegram group very fun and exciting to be in so do join us if you have not already done so!
For all bounty participants, please download our blockpost app in Apple store or Google Playstore to register your email and telegram ID to verify your stakes and for those with issues with the app, please fill in this form to verify your stakes instead.
2nd November: Liquid Meetup with Pundi X, Wanchain, HaraToken and SWIPE
Liquid hosted a meetup for all Liquid exchange users, traders, the Indonesian crypto community, tech enthusiasts along with our QASH holders for a night of networking and collaboration amongst like minded people and together with speakers from SWIPE, PundiX, Hara and Wanchain, it was an amazing night of sharing and learning! Liquid, one of the biggest exchanges in the South East Asia region had alot of insights to share, ranging from regulations to the challenges of running an international exchange.
SWIPE, Hara and PundiX are all blockchain projects that have founders that are locals from Indonesia and understand the needs of their country the best. Although all three projects are focusing on different industries such as Agriculture, Payment solutions and Data Monetization, they all can agree that blockchain technology is extremely impactful especially for developing countries because there are many real use-cases and if done well, the rate of adoption can be very rapid. overall, it was a very casual and insightful meetup and we thank Liquid for organizing such a wonderful event.

3rd November: Opportunity in Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology
Hosted in the Blockchain Cafe and Restro in Bandung, Indonesia, we are proud to be involved in this meetup which aimed at growing the blockchain community in Bandung. Having a Blockchain cafe really helped to set the tone of the event as many blockchain enthusiast and developers hang out here, sharing ideas and working together to spread the adoption and understanding of blockchain technology to their peers.
Hosted by Tokocrypto, one of the largest exchanges in Indonesia, the meetup was a very relaxed and enjoyable for everyone as drinks and food were served while the speakers shared about their various industries. Our Business Development lead, Harmanda was there to share more about SWIPE and how we use blockchain technology and encryption to make data ownership a reality for everyday users and Andy, the community manager of Tokocrypto shared about the overall landscape of the cryptocurrency market and how to use their exchange to purchase digital assets. Lastly, Adi Putra, who is a community leader in Bandung shared about why he is so passionate about spreading the knowledge of blockchain technology and sharing on his personal experiences of being in this space.

Our new website is almost ready and we have included alot of new content into it. We are excited to launch it really soon and will keep you updated once it is ready!
