Fixes and patches

• Fixed a bug where the formatting in s!strawpoll and s!poll would break if you added special characters (#165)
• Fixed the flatmap-stream vulnerability (#501)
• Fixed a bug where the s!clapify command wasn’t giving an error when over embed limits (#469)
