20 Minute Naps Can Reset Your Brain

While 90-minute naps can form new connections in your brain and solve problems

For a long time, torch was the main source of lighting. Torches used to burn out in about 20 minutes.

For a brief period in time, lanterns were a thing. I can’t find any specific data, but I assume those would burn out in a few hours.
