1. Have You Reached the Dunning-Kruger Peak?
Do you know the Dunning-Kruger effect?
It is a cognitive bias where we overestimate our competence and overestimate our own knowledge relative to our peers.
You know the feeling when you’re talking to a new startup in your field and you think “Ah, this rookie is just starting out, I can’t learn anything from him”.
Yeah, it’s easy to fall prey to that.
