Entrepreneurs make 1000 decisions everyday, some micro some macro. We spend a lot of effort trying to get things right, or risk facing the consequences of our wrong decisions.

The ability to make good decisions is essential for success and we need to master having a process for making great ones.

While we can’t always ensure that we make the right decisions, we can at least ensure that we’ve stretched our minds and limits on how we’ve arrived at our decisions.

I’ve got a few key mental models that I actively use to make better decisions in life and for my business, here are 4 of them.

1. Blue Sky Thinking — For When You Feel Stuck

Henry Ford allegedly* said, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” (*Okay, he never said it but this quote is still relevant)
