- Get enough sleep.
- Do 5 minutes of Yoga to stretch out your back, legs and shoulders.
- Take 10 minutes to drink your tea or coffee in the morning before starting your day or arrive early to the office and have a cup of coffee in peace.
- Start the day with a smile by thinking of 5 things you are grateful for.
- Prepare for your day the night before to avoid stress in the morning.
- Carefully massage your skin care products or body lotion into your skin instead of mindlessly applying it.
- Use the Aloe App to design your self care rituals and send yourself gentle self care reminders.
- Use your commute in a way that you actually enjoy it: read a book, listen to your favourite podcast or favourite music.
- Use the Offtime App to find some digital balance in our hyperconnected world.
- Have a healthy breakfast to not be hangry even if you have a stressful day.
- Stop yourself when you are comparing yourself to other people.
- Go to bed BEFORE you are tired and actually allow yourself to wind down with a book, some cuddles, a cup of tea or some relaxing music.
- Use the Sleepfulness App for guided meditations and sleep tracks to drift off smoothly.
- Nourish your body with the right foods. It’s easier than you think.
- Use the Vent App to anonymously express your feelings.
- Go to therapy, even if you don’t think you “need” it. Everyone needs some mental health care. Use the Talkspace app for a convenient and inexpensive alternative to the traditional approach.
- Take a 1-minute break in between tasks and just breathe.
- Move your body in a way you like it most — dance through your apartment, go for a walk, do a bike tour or go to a yoga class.
- Make the most out of your lunch and coffee breaks: go for a walk, read a book, take a nap, do whatever it is YOU need right now.
- Use the Yoga Studio App for a quick DYI yoga session at home. You can download specific classes as well as create your own yoga flow sequence and then watch and listen to instructions in a super calming yoga voice.
- Draw, Doodle or Color something.
- Burn candles or incense.
- Express your feelings to the most important people in your life. Tell them what is really going on.

- Binge on Netflix for a day — if that’s what you need right now.
- Be mindful — about what you eat, what you say, what you think and how you act.

- Spend some time by yourself. It doesn’t even matter what you do. Just be with yourself.
- Take a bubble bath. Even if you are a guy, trust me — it is magic for your soul.
- Check in with yourself throughout the day and give yourself what you need. Are you hungry? Have some food! Are you tired? Take a break! Do you feel lonely? Reach out to your family or friends!
