  1. Get enough sleep.
  2. Do 5 minutes of Yoga to stretch out your back, legs and shoulders.
  3. Take 10 minutes to drink your tea or coffee in the morning before starting your day or arrive early to the office and have a cup of coffee in peace.
  4. Start the day with a smile by thinking of 5 things you are grateful for.
  5. Prepare for your day the night before to avoid stress in the morning.
  6. Carefully massage your skin care products or body lotion into your skin instead of mindlessly applying it.
  7. Use the Aloe App to design your self care rituals and send yourself gentle self care reminders.
  8. Use your commute in a way that you actually enjoy it: read a book, listen to your favourite podcast or favourite music.
  9. Use the Offtime App to find some digital balance in our hyperconnected world.
  10. Have a healthy breakfast to not be hangry even if you have a stressful day.
  11. Stop yourself when you are comparing yourself to other people.
  12. Go to bed BEFORE you are tired and actually allow yourself to wind down with a book, some cuddles, a cup of tea or some relaxing music.
  13. Use the Sleepfulness App for guided meditations and sleep tracks to drift off smoothly.
  14. Nourish your body with the right foods. It’s easier than you think.
  15. Use the Vent App to anonymously express your feelings.
  16. Go to therapy, even if you don’t think you “need” it. Everyone needs some mental health care. Use the Talkspace app for a convenient and inexpensive alternative to the traditional approach.
  17. Take a 1-minute break in between tasks and just breathe.
  18. Move your body in a way you like it most — dance through your apartment, go for a walk, do a bike tour or go to a yoga class.
  19. Make the most out of your lunch and coffee breaks: go for a walk, read a book, take a nap, do whatever it is YOU need right now.
  20. Use the Yoga Studio App for a quick DYI yoga session at home. You can download specific classes as well as create your own yoga flow sequence and then watch and listen to instructions in a super calming yoga voice.
  21. Draw, Doodle or Color something.
  22. Burn candles or incense.
  23. Express your feelings to the most important people in your life. Tell them what is really going on.
  24. Spend time in your favourite place. A coffeeshop. A bench in the park. Your cozy couch. A library. A beautiful garden.
  25. Start your day with positive affirmations like “I am loved.”
  26. Binge on Netflix for a day — if that’s what you need right now.
  27. Be mindful — about what you eat, what you say, what you think and how you act.
  28. Meditate — even if it is just for 5 minutes. If you don’t know how to do it, Calm or Headspace offer simple guided meditations.
  29. Spend some time by yourself. It doesn’t even matter what you do. Just be with yourself.
  30. Take a bubble bath. Even if you are a guy, trust me — it is magic for your soul.
  31. Check in with yourself throughout the day and give yourself what you need. Are you hungry? Have some food! Are you tired? Take a break! Do you feel lonely? Reach out to your family or friends!
  32. Put on some good music — when getting ready for work, when cleaning, when you are in a bad mood — or just simply all the time.
  33. Create something.
  34. Say “NO”.
  35. Take a long hot shower.
  36. Cozy up with a cup of tea.
  37. Cook a meal just for yourself and enjoy it without distractions.
  38. Do your favourite childhood activity.
  39. Watch your favourite movie.
  40. Have breakfast in bed.
  41. Watch the sunset.
  42. Massage yourself.
  43. Forgive yourself and let go of the past.
  44. Do a quick facial at home.
  45. Take a nap.
  46. Have an orgasm.
  47. Try a sauna or steam bath.
  48. Release your thoughts and emotions through journaling.
  49. Take a mental health day.
  50. Do something that makes you laugh.
