For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Vietnamese and currently live in Sydney, Australia. I position myself as a freelance content marketing writer for eCommerce and SaaS. Some of my clients are Salsify, Zoovu, Gorgias, Printful, Hootsuite, and Adyen.
Since English isn’t my first language, I’d never thought people from the US would hire me to write for them, not to mention building a successful freelance writing business. I heard so many people telling me I would fail, fail, and fail.
But guess what? I did it! In two years, I made over $110k from my freelance writing business while getting a first-class Master’s degree.
