Some of the world’s major holidays are almost here (and others have already started), and let’s face it:

Maybe the celebrations are just obligations.

Maybe they go on too long, and you don’t like being around some of the people.

Maybe you don’t like social gatherings, or you’re so tired that you don’t want to go.

Or maybe you just don’t feel what you’re supposed to feel. (And who hasn’t had that experience?)

You deserve to take care of yourself. You deserve to be happy in this holiday season. Read these articles and you’ll be on your way.

Dear Reader, Medium’s decision to allow 1 to 50 👏🏽s is crazy. So I think of clapping as a 1-to-5-stars rating, with 10 claps = 1 star.

I clap 10 times — or 20 — for the articles I read. Not clapping at all feels bad.

Please help me out. It helps me reach more people like you. Thanks!
