This year I contributed to writing the business plan of an innovative Austrian startup, within the framework of a project course. We were working together with the startup team, with amazing university professors, and with experts in the field.

As an outcome, we created an exhaustive business plan, addressing venture capitalists.

I also wrote a business plan for my first, creative side-hustle.

Through the process, I gained insight into writing a business place based on both my first-hand experiences and the advice of top-notch experts.

First things first. What is a business plan?

A business plan is a roadmap of your business idea. It describes in-depth what are you going to offer. It depicts how are you going to proceed on the way, and why are you solving that specific issue.

A great business plan creates a little order from the chaos. It makes stuff more understandable, and it will make your process transparent. Also, investors usually look at the business plans, before taking an investment decision. Yes, you can use your business plan for raising money as well.
