1. Setting and reaching a specific business revenue goal

A wide array of factors are required for a business to be successful, with reaching the revenue or sales goal being a key component. For the purpose of this article, this is what we’ll focus on, setting and hitting a revenue target.

Making sure the goal is SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound) is obviously a key factor, but what about how you actually get there?
