No matter what relationship you are working on keeping, creating or fixing, it takes work.

It can be emotionally draining, physically exhausting, and even frustrating at times, but if you WANT it to be successful and meaningful, you CAN.

Building a strong working relationship can be a challenge, especially in a new or unfamiliar environment. It takes time to begin conversations that hedge you toward building an open dialogue with supervisors, colleagues, and members of other departments.

Family relationships can also be a struggle. Different opinions, history, indifference, and the internal need to belong, can be the drive or the demise of wanting to make familial understanding work for you. Some families can be toxic while others are replete with an unwritten feeling of unconditional love and acceptance. There are close families and distant families, and every type of relationship dynamic.
