In 2020, work life has been shaken up. Every business has lost a past way of doing business as usual. Sadly, some employees have lost jobs (and others will lose their jobs), that they were happy with, or recently started.

Those who showed up kind, professional, and had been serving their co-workers, partners, and customers, have resources to find better ways to build a new workplace, business, or start a new career or gig.

Skyā€™s the limit as this year is here now and will be gone soon enough. We are past the half way point.

When we get back to a safe workplace environment, employers who had been serving their employees well will find high employee loyalty, as those furloughed come back. And as telecommuters who diligently worked from home, bring new enthusiastic ideas and solutions to the organization.
