My wife told me the other day she didn’t want to hear me complain anymore about my day job.

“That’s not fair,” I said. “You’re my wife. We tied the knot on hearing each other complain. For better or worse, interesting or mundane, new and repetitive. Plus, this is America. Complaining is part of my birthright.”
