If your product has both a free plan and a paid plan, you will probably have 4 free (actively engaged) users for every paid user. And we are just counting the actively engaged free users here — users who love your product, find value in it, and have been using it for long enough for you to know they are here to stay.
It doesn’t matter how good your product is, or how long your user has been using your product for, in all likelihood this ratio would hold true for you.
