What does success mean to you?

There is no one-size-fits-all definition of success. For some, it’s tied to a specific dollar figure. For others, it could be things like flexibility, time spent with your family, or creative fulfillment.

Think about what success actually means to you. Picture what a “successful” life looks like for you. I’m a fan of creating Pinterest boards for things like this, but you can do it however you want — however it makes sense to you.

Once you know what success means to you, you can start creating goals to help you get there.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

How many goals have you set in your life that you weren’t able to reach? And how many times did you blame yourself for that failure rather than your goals themselves?

Not reaching your goals doesn’t necessarily mean you failed. It could mean that your goals weren’t set up right in the first place.

That’s where S.M.A.R.T. Goals come into the picture. S.M.A.R.T. stands for:
