How 42 SPARKS can change your simple day in a productive day

Distraction and absent-mindedness can be the downfall of the best of us. And when dealing with complex situations, it is easy to forget the basics … This probably happened to you. Just a motivational consistency is capable to keep you conscious to built a productive day, without forget anything.

Another day, Natalie Fagan asked in her article “what have you learned from Medium?” ... First of all, thank you Natalie for sharing and asking. Second, as I wrote before in MEDIUM, I have a theory called “Sine Qua Non Mind” - SQNMind, which help you to keep the lessons learned from books. In short, you have to separate “book passages” and read them as many times as you can. This will transform your brain into an ocean of raw knowledge ready to be adapted to your reality to figure out problems under any circumstances.

So, in this special case, to answer Natalie I used below some “MEDIUM quotes”, or best saying: S P A R K S, from several articles that I read here! And the reading of these sparks can change your simple day in a productive day. Why? Because in the end of the last SPARKS you will want to read everything again and again … guiding your behavior in the direction of change! Try!

01|Ask how do you want to be remembered or what do you want to do with your life.

02|Separate important work from unimportant work and do not get lost in hypothetical focus.

03|Big things sometimes come in small packages.

04|Keep yourself physically fit. Regular exercises are good to learning, memory, mood and reduces stress.

05|Time spent reacting is time spent losing. Develop offensive moves. Being busy is not the same as being productive.

06|Projects do not fail because of a bad idea, but because of a bad execution.

07| Think about your job. Are you winning or losing?

08|Great idea is always in danger of abandonment. Do not get distract by the next great idea. Keep track of your progress.

09|The only quality necessary to go after that dream is willingness to work hard. The victory is the willing.

10|Resilience is a practice that you can build by refusing to give up, despite the rejection. Keep going even when the odds seen to be against you.

11|To achieve your potential you need both “Persistence”, meaning the ability to see the big picture; and “Control”, meaning the ability to actually organize and manage your obligations in the line with that big picture.

Write clearly defined goals on paper, so you will prime your brain to begin its unconscious work on the project. Your RAS filter will constantly be on the lookout for messages or information that will help your quest.

17|Most people tend to set low goals. Set yourself very high goals - goals that many would consider unreasonable. You will, eventually, achieve more than those people who settled for less. And never set limits on what you can accomplish. Even your failures will be better than most people’s best.

18|There is no perfect correlation between optimism and success. However, there is an almost perfect correlation between pessimism and failure. So, choose to be an optimist.

19|Confidence is the key to success. It is something you choose and must to build everyday. the journey to your goal is more important than the goal itself. Winning is not everything. It is only thing.

20|Do not let yourself be scared by a new challenge. Instead, prepare to test your limits and create your own reality.

21|You are what you think. If you feel like a loser, you will lose. If you think like a winner, you will win. Transform your mind.

22|Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.

23|You do not need to be born with natural talent to become a great man. What you need to do is put in hard work and show persistence and determination.

24|Regarding challenging goal, you should break it down into smaller goals that you can achieve in the next week or month to build up to the end goal.

25|The simple act of writing is a powerful one that is not unlike a prayer, and it can turn us into a magnet for the things we want most in our lives.

26|Do not be nearsightedness and see the possibilities lying in your future. Do not waste all your energy tackling problems that are right in front of you.
