This year, I got clearer than ever on my offer.

That clarity allowed me to 10x my prices.

But it also took me into uncharted territory.

It was a different niche and a different audience.

None of my ideal customers knew I existed, so I had to put myself out there.

While my positioning was dialed in, I wasn’t walking in the room as “the go-to guy.”

I was just another voice entering a crowded space.

That meant I had to build authority from the ground up — again.

And here’s how I did it (and how I help my clients do it too).

Step 1: Create what others can’t

Most people online share recycled frameworks, shallow listicles, or advice they Googled.

Some are even letting ChatGPT write their content without revising it.

This opens a lucrative opportunity in the market for those who just want to be themselves.
