Landings are essential nowadays.

If you sell something online, then you need a landing. If you’re a specialist, then you need a landing. If you want to launch an MVP, then you need a landing. I can keep going for the whole day.

But the same question has been hanging in the air for a long time — how to make it really work and convert visitors into buyers?

And I, as a Sr. Product Designer with 5+ years of experience came closer to understanding how to design the landing that would bring you more clients.

So, let’s dive in.

1. Market Research

Before diving into any project, the first step is always market research.

Understanding your client’s audience, competitors, and market environment is crucial for further design process.

You can’t build a successful product if you don’t know what your users want. By taking the time to understand their needs and behavior, you can create designs that look great and serve a purpose.
