As of 2022, it’s been more than three years since I first stumbled across Notion, the all-in-one planning application that has become my primary productivity tool.

I use Notion to take notes, manage tasks and keep track of projects and goals. The only other ‘productivity’ tools I use are Word/Pages on my laptop, email and Google Calendar.

Notion has become incredibly popular over the last couple of years, attracting the attention of Reddit’s co-founder and CEO, among others.

Notion offers a vast array of different page layouts, each of which can be used for a different purpose, such as tracking habits, managing a team, planning a blog post or taking notes in a lecture. Here, I share a few of my favourite Notion page layouts and provide a brief explanation of how each is set up.
