Yes, I’m actually eliminating 90% of my repetitive, soul-sucking tasks.

Let’s be honest, everyone and their grandma says to “work smarter, not harder.”

But here’s the truth — most of them don’t even know what that means.

And the funny part is that they’re even working hard, doing tasks that seem useful but don’t actually get them anywhere.

Look, if you’re serious about learning a skill or building something real that will help you make money, you can’t avoid hard work.

I’m sorry, but there’s no shortcut.

However, there is a way to cut down the tedious work and actually get results faster — and that’s by using AI tools.

I’m actually eliminating 90% of my repetitive, soul-sucking tasks thanks to a handful of AI tools and a few Fiverr experts.

And that’s what I’m going to talk about.

Note: This post is part of my AI Made Simple newsletter, where I cut through the noise and deliver real-world AI use cases and step-by-step guides.

With that said, let’s get started.

Step 1: Speed up research and content creation

The first thing I did was to analyze where my time was going.

For that, I listed every task I was doing in a day, then picked out the core ones that directly led to income.

For me, these were things like working with clients, writing on the internet, building & selling digital products, and growing my AI newsletter.

First, I focused on saving time while writing online.

Sure, I can’t just generate blog posts and eliminate all of my writing work entirely, but I can still do plenty to save time.

For instance, I can use AI tools for idea generation, research, generating images and visuals, and more.

And for that, here are the AI tools I use:

The result?

Less time focusing on basic tasks, and more time actually creating the valuable content.

If you want to learn more about this process, I’ve written a detailed post with examples on how I use all these AI tools to speed up my content creation.

Step 2: Outsource work to Fiverr talents

Let’s be honest, AI has limits.

It’s great at some tasks, but it’s not that smart, and we haven’t achieved AGI yet.

So I can’t just ask ChatGPT to complete my client work.

It’s not just related to content writing; some clients hire me to create AI influencers, create graphics, and book covers, and even build features with my web development skills.

I don’t say no, but I don’t have time for everything.

And that’s the reason I hire freelancers from Fiverr.

They have a pro plan where they have categorized quality freelancers whom I can hire on an hourly basis to get the work done.

One just needs to visit their website, search for any service, or select from the categories, and then hire a freelancer.

The process is straightforward, and I’ve been using Fiverr Pro for years, and it’s working great.

With this method, I can easily finish my clients’ work, earn a good commission, and build a long-term relationship.

They have also an AI tool called Logo Maker, and they are adding more AI features to make things easier.

3. Using AI to upgrade my reading game

Let me be honest — most of my time goes into reading books every month.

Sure, reading is great; it helps me a lot in making money, but who has time to go through hundreds of pages just to find a few golden strategies?

This is where AI completely changes the game for me.

Instead of spending hours on every new book, I use ChatGPT to get summaries and key lessons in seconds.

It even helps me get an idea about which books to read.

Now, let me tell you another cool hack.

I use Google’s NotebookLM, which can turn these books into podcasts.

You just need to upload a PDF of the book, and in minutes, you’ll have a 15- to 20-minute podcast with the book’s best takeaways.

You can even ask specific questions if you want deeper insights on strategies, without reading a single page.

In short, with these tools, AI doesn’t just save time — it puts me in control. I get only what I need, making learning faster, smarter, and way more efficient.

4. Using AI to market my digital products & grow AI newsletter

You may know I’m focusing more on digital products and gaining more subscribers for my AI newsletter.

However, I’m not an expert in marketing and sales, so I don’t achieve enough sales.

I’m learning more about this, using AI tools to speed up the process.

For instance, I’m asking LLMs to suggest the best marketing tactics to sell my digital products.

The other way to use AI tools is to generate emails that I can share with my subscribers.

For example, I’ve recently launched a 28-day cohort where I will teach everything one needs to know to make money online.

So, I wrote this prompt to generate an email :

I’ve launched a 28-day cohort starting from January 10th to February 7th.
Can you write an attention-grabbing email by acting as a marketing expert? Write it in simple English, and your aim is to drive sales.
Here’s the content for reference…

Here’s what Claude generated:

No doubt, it feels like it is generated by AI.

So I can write a better prompt or make some adjustments and then send it to my subscribers, which will save me a lot of time.

That’s all for now.

Hope you like it.
