The secret to my consistency is simple…

Discipline.

Many writers try to rely on motivation to continuously churn out content…

And that’s where they go wrong.

As Stephen Covey once said, “The undisciplined are slaves to moods, appetites, and passions.

When you’re not relying on discipline, a little mood change is enough to hamper your consistency.

This actually happened to me in my journey (and it’s how I figured discipline is the key)…

I wrote a viral article and struggled to come up with ideas to follow it up.

I also noticed I found it harder to write when my Medium Partner Program earnings were skyrocketing.

Basically, I was an emotional writer.

This can’t be the case if you truly want to make money writing online.

There has to be a formula you stick to to ensure you never run out of ideas for content.
