This article is inspired by Joe Dispenza’s interview in this video. I find what he says really interesting in this particular bit, but I do not subscribe to his entire body of work. As always, take what you need and leave out the parts you don’t, always strive to do what you know is best for yourself. What matters is the results.

Changing your life requires a massive mindset switch, which is really hard to make and will take time. This switch will usually happen through 3 main phases:

  • Understanding and changing your habits
  • Igniting change
  • Visualising your success

We will cover those 3 parts in this article, and see what it actually takes to not only change your life, but also to make sure you keep up that change in the long term.
