The Problem

You’re working a lot of overtime, you’re so busy you sometimes forget to finish tasks, you feel like you’re constantly putting out fires and worst of all, you’re waking up in the middle of the night in a panic or you’re not sleeping at all. You really want to talk to your boss about it, but you don’t want to sound like you’re complaining and you definitely don’t want to look incompetent; so what should you do and what should you say?
