Yeah, you heard me right. I’ve gathered a team of professionals, got many clients, developed a few templates on Framer, and still decided to close an agency.

You can think that it’s because of money or because we disagreed on something. But the reasons are a bit more tricky, and that’s exactly what I’m gonna discuss with you today. But before that, let me tell you the backstory of my journey and how I built an agency from scratch.

Where It All Started

At that time, I’d been working as a UI/UX designer for over 4 years and wanted to grow further at a much higher pace. We all know, that by delegating some work to someone else, you’re getting more time to spend on more crucial stuff.

I thought that it was exactly what I needed. I thought maybe I didn’t need to spend so much time “designing” and could find some cool guys who would do the majority of it. In that case, I was gonna search for clients, meet with new partners, and direct the whole team in the needed direction.

So, I found two guys (one of them was a good friend of mine) and decided to open an agency. An agency where we’ll all work together on every project and grow…
