I started a six-figure faceless social media business — Here’s how it happened
Building a business from scratch with no money
I have been drawn to social media from the very beginning. I remember it started with AOL, Yahoo, and chat rooms. My best friend introduced me to that world.
Then I got on Black Planet, Friendster, MySpace, Facebook, and it blossomed from there.
It’s fun to connect with others through social networks. You can talk to people across the world, anytime, 24/7. Some of my first online friends included a guy who worked Wall Street in New York, a psychics major, and a bunch of other people.
So, you have social media for the social aspect of it all, connecting with people, making friends, dating, etc. Then, there’s the business side as well where you can network professionally, get leads, acquire clients, sell your products and services, sell yourself and your influence, and more.
I won’t bore you sharing how I used social media to grow my e-commerce sales to $30K per month or how I grew my IG account by nearly 25X in a year or my other stories. These were all in the past and I no longer run that store or that IG account, anyway but, if you’re curious about it, you can check out this story:
