Building a balanced, successful start-up team is tough.

As in, “lose the whole game if you mess it up” tough.

23% of failed start-ups mention team conflict as an issue leading to their demise.

Despite this, the benefits of Co-Founders in a start-up are pronounced. Compared to solo Founders, founding teams benefit from (on average):

  • 30% more investment (x)
  • x3 customer acquisition and growth rate (x)
  • x9 greater likelihood of joining prestigious start-up accelerators, such as Y-Combinator (x)

At Sweqlink, we’re building a global and inclusive ecosystem for future Co-Founders to find each other. We’re also connecting talent with equity.

We know that launching a start-up is hard enough without the “find a solid, balanced team” part. We’re doing our best to make it easier.

To do this, we listened to Founders, freelancers, department leads, start-up workers — the entrepreneurs of the future.
