My Earnings Dropped 80% on Medium — Here’s What I’m Doing Now
My plan is to diversify my writing income.
We all know that the Medium team is making changes to their algorithms and introducing a new feature called “Boost”, which used to be called “Curation”. Because of these changes, many writers are now earning less money than they used to.
I can’t provide a detailed analysis of these changes because I don’t have as much experience as Tony Stubblebine and his team, who are experts in this field. Also, it often takes time to determine whether these changes are positive or negative.
However, my earnings have decreased significantly by more than 80%.
This has led me to explore other ways to make money, which is why I am focusing on building additional sources of income. Please understand that Medium remains a top priority for me, and I have no intention of leaving the platform.
