As a small business owner, dealing with leads and closing clients is a big part of the job.

The key to scaling your business is using the right tools and software to automate and optimize your sales process.

One of my colleagues the other day asked me what tools I use to close deals, so I figure I share with the interwebs my top 3 AI apps that have helped me close more 4-figure clients in record time.

What I use to book meetings, “catch-ups” and everything in between

Reclaim is a meeting scheduling tool that’s a better alternative to Calendly.

It’s very affordable and syncs well with multiple calendars so you can easily share a meeting link with clients and prospects.

What I love about Reclaim is how well it works for scheduling calls with expanding teams and departments. As your business grows, this tool will scale with you.

What I use to take notes during sales or client calls

Short answer: I don’t take notes.

For client calls, I use Supernormal.

It’s a Chrome extension for Google Meets that takes notes and transcribes your entire meeting for you.

After the call ends, you get a summary with action items, notes, and shareable meeting minutes to keep everyone on the same page. This has been a game-changer for me and saves so much time in follow-up.

How to keep track of leads, clients, or people you’re trying to network with.

To manage leads and stay on top of customer interactions, I use Folk.

It’s hands down the best CRM I’ve used.

You can import leads via Zapier or add them manually by email.

The software gives you a full history of all interactions like emails, calls, and meetings with each lead so you always know where you left off.
