Go see Klaus on Netflix. I think it’s one of the company’s best cartoons. Hands down. (Also because this might be a spoiler as much as it is a review).

The movie depicts the personal struggles of Klaus and the main character, Jesper. It shows Klaus struggling as a grieving widower and Jesper struggling to grow into the businessman his father believes him to be.

There’s something even more magical happening, though.

Where viewers might watch a unique take on the Santa Claus story, I see getting product-market fit by providing value to underserved customers.

I don’t intend to dull the magic of the Klaus story by associating it with business. Also, I don’t imply that the people who created the characters intended to demonstrate their entrepreneurial spirit. But that spirit — the kind dressed with undying hope and grit — rests on the skin of every entrepreneur.

Let me show you how Klaus and Jesper built a remarkable startup.
