Pain is a Signal…Listen to it and Grow

I’ve had this pain in my lower back for a long time…years maybe. I finally decided to get it checked out just to make sure it wasn’t serious. It turns out that it may be pain related to my sacroiliac or SI joint. I was given exercises to strengthen the ligaments and also a belt to cinch tightly below my hips and wear all day, every day, for weeks or months depending on how quickly it heals.
