Payday loans from banks could help taxpayers waiting for relief

Americans need the cash now. Payday type loans make sense for consumers, banks and the economy.

Congress passed and the President signed into law a $2.2 billion stimulus package. The bill will give up to $1,200 to almost every American adult and an extra $500 for each child they have. Every small business will have access to low-interest loans.
