Panic and anxiety attacks are shitty and terrifying. If you read this, chances are you already know what panic and anxiety attacks are. So I won’t bore you with their definitions.

Instead, I will give you some short and realistic tips on how to make them go away or less frequent.

My main point is that just like any other medical issues, when a panic attack happens, you need to proactively work on it until it is fully contained and stable.

Getting through panic attacks requires planning, commitment, and work.

Your panic attacks will not go away overnight.

But you CAN make them less frequent and even disappear over time.
