What you do behind closed doors always comes to light.

This is according to a book called The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.

In the book, the authors stated that:

“Commitment is a statement of what ‘is.’ You can know what you’re committed to by your results, not by what you say your commitments are. We are all committed. We are all producing results. The result is proof of a commitment.”

In other words, the results you’ve produced today are a byproduct of what you’ve been committed to.

Your commitments are always on display for everyone to see — all they have to do is look at the results you’re producing.

People who produce at a high level have a little secret they rarely talk about.

It’s called their “Sacred hours.

During this time, they engage in their most important work with absolutely zero distractions.

If you didn’t know the person, you may think they were naturally gifted.

But it’s the accumulation of these intensely focused sessions that compounds and takes them to a level far beyond their peers.
