[Solved]Windows: Pip Command Not Found or Pip Is Not Recognized as an Internal or External Command

Error Message from Git Bash:

bash: pip: command not found

Error Message from DOS command line:

'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
