State of Diversity in College Enrollment

The year 2020 has drawn renewed attention to how demographic shifts across the United States have changed the composition of the electorate.
After going through college enrollment data over the past decade, I noticed a correlation between increased enrollment of people of color and states riding the 2020 blue wave.
Our nation is trending towards a higher representation of people of color enrolling in college so when will the percentage of people of color equal the percentage of white people enrolling in college?
Using ARIMA, it appears our nation has a strong chance of reaching equal college enrollment of white people and people of color by 2030.
